Inside Sales Territory Account Manager

We are looking for someone who is:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing high-value customer accounts.
  • Provided a book of business – active pipeline.
  • Engage existing and past customers to provide value around how their teams can be more successful with our current product offerings.
  • Prepare quotation with our NetSuite CRM System
  • Perform follow-up calls and follow-up on past quotes.
  • Ability to learn and master technical knowledge of safety products for parking lots, construction, and industrial plant as well as environmental products and provide education to the client on their application through consultative selling.
  • Responsible for recording and completing electronic paperwork, orders, and other tasks as needed on our CRM system. 
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline to hit monthly sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain customer database strictly for your designated Territory.
  • Outbound emails/ phone calls to  keep accounts up to date.
  • Probe and evaluate product alternatives for clients to provide the best value for each project.
  • Must be comfortable working with numbers and utilizing basic sales skills including closing a sale and asking for the order
  • Required execution of quotes to customers including researching products to bring technical solutions and value to the customer and sending quotes out in a timely manner.

Qualifications for the Successful Candidate Include:

  • Strong computer skills, CRM software knowledge, phone skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Communication and writing skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Works in a team environment and possesses the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets (Preferred. Skills can be taught. But attitude can’t. We realize that, and hire accordingly)

Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-time base starting salary ~$52,000/annually plus spiffs.
  • On Target Earning $85,000+, six figures attainable, NO Commission Cap.
  • We offer an attractive benefits package including:
