We are looking for a collaborative and agile marketer looking to take the next step in their career by learning from experts in the field while helping grow an innovative small business.
This position is a conduit between marketing and sales, and will be coordinating communications and activities between our agency partner(s) and our sales and leadership teams, as well as helping manage that tasks and projects are completed successfully.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Learn and understand company product & brand
Coordinate activities and communications between our agency partner(s) and the sales and leadership teams
Assist in coordination and management of marketing campaigns (social / email / ppc)
Curate lead lists through information databases (ZoomInfo & ConstructConnect)
Assist in basic website updates
Research competitor marketing and digital content
Handle data uploads for general email lists, ensuring data format and field accuracy; manages system preference center.
Manage/monitor/updating social accounts (Primarily LinkedIn)
Ensures effective delivery and technical execution and applies best practices in email marketing.
Qualifications for the Successful Candidate Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication preferred
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with a focus on Marketing activities
Experience with construction, industrial and commercial product sales is a plus
Excellent writing skills with the ability to employ proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Light graphic design skills sufficient to edit/update brochures, technical products information sheets, and other pre-designed sales collateral
Basic understanding of WordPress is a plus
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and able to converse effectively and professionally with all types of people.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solver, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay: $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience
