We are the only true U.S. manufacturer of recycled Trackout Control Mats. We source all our recycled materials domestically, which means we’re helping clean up our backyard. What is the weight capacity of your mats?
Our Trackout Control Mats are rated for regular use by up to Class 9 pneumatic tire vehicles.

Can I use your mat more than once?
Yes! Our trackout control mats are extremely durable and easy to clean. They can be folded back up and used again at job after job.
How do I clean the mat?
Simply lift the mat up, give it a shake, and lay it back down. No special cleaning tools needed!
What is the lifespan of your Trackout Control Mats?
We offer a 7-year warranty on our premier trackout blocks and a 3-year warranty on our essential blocks. Our blocks are made from a special recycled composite material that won’t chip, crack, crumble, or corrode. If you do manage to break a block, give us a call and we’ll ship you a replacement. All trackout blocks are replaceable.
How do I install the mat?
Our trackout control mats arrive fully-assembled in a Z-fold for easy installation. Simply use a front loader (or equipment with a fork) to lift the mat up, lay it out, then get to work.
Do I need to anchor the mat down?
Not if on dirt or stone. The weight of our Trackout Mats is sufficient to keep them in place. If on a concrete pad, you may need to moor them in place with either cables or chains to the sides. Call us if you have any questions.
How do I connect multiple mats together?
Our trackout control mats don’t need to be linked or connected to remain in place. Their weight is sufficient to keep them from moving as vehicles pass over them. They can be laid out side-by-side or one in front of the other to create whatever layout you need. See our spec sheet for sample layouts.
Can tracked equipment drive across your mats?
No, our Trackout Control Mats are meant to be used with pneumatic tires only. Driving tracked equipment across our mats will void the warranty.
