American-Made. American-Sourced. Lasts for decades.

We believe in excellence. That means easy to use safety products that won’t crack, crumble, or corrode. We believe in manufacturing that cleans up our shared American backyard. We also believe that we’re a team of innovators. That means everyone from the Founder on down to the folks on the factory floor help improve our products and processes. That’s why we make safety products for parking lots, municipal roadways, construction sites, and industrial plant operations the way we do. And the following three manufacturing methods are how.

How We Build Safety

Compression Molding

We use compression molding for products that must withstand the toughest conditions—from nature to modern roads and worksites. Crumb rubber is coated with polyurethane, blended, and placed in a heated mold. High pressure and heat shape it into a solid, heavy-duty part. Our products, like sign bases, cord trees, and flexible municipal curbing systems, are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Injection Molding

For complex or multi-part products, we use injection molding for accuracy and consistency. Recycled thermoplastics are melted and injected into a precision mold under high pressure. Once cooled, parts are ejected for assembly or shipment. This method is ideal for our innovative products like wheel stops, speed bumps, humps, and cushions.

Profile Extrusion

For long, uniform products, we use profile extrusion for efficient, low-waste production. Recycled rubber or plastic is melted and pushed through a custom die to form continuous flexible or rigid profiles, cut to size as needed. We tailor hardness, flexibility, and shape for various uses, such as spill containment berms, ramp systems, and hose and pipe ramps.

We settle for nothing less than zero waste

Everybody talks about “sustainability” nowadays. What they mean is using our shared natural resources wisely, with minimal waste and minimal damage to the environment. We like to think of it as cleaning up our shared backyard. Our factory doesn’t produce any waste to burden a landfill, and our products don’t contain any toxic chemicals that could leach into our groundwater. We use post-consumer and post-industrial rubber and plastic so it goes into something useful instead of the ground. We want to tell our grandkids we cleaned up the world so they could enjoy it. And we did it while keeping our fellow Americans safe.

So what?

There’s no “so what”. We make the toughest, longest-lasting safety products you’ll ever use, and we do it while cleaning up our American backyard. It’s the right thing to do, and while it’s not easy, it’s totally worth it. What we build is built to last.

Because we can.
