Our RubberForm Demarcation Base System alerts your workers to dangerous areas on your roof, particularly radiation from cell phone towers, and keeps them a safe distance away. It can be used indoors as well to alert for any hazardous area.
Based on our parking lot sign base system, these demarcation bases are easy to install and just as easy to relocate. They won’t blow over in the wind, and the 100% American recycled tire rubber won’t crack, crumble, or corrode, no matter the heat, cold, rain, ice, or snow you throw at it.

Failure to maintain proper industrial demarcation can expose you to fines and legal liability (see multiple regulatory requirements for EME warning barriers). Demarcation includes both physical barriers and visual indicators (sometimes called indicative barriers) to alert workers to potential danger.
Permanent attachments for these barriers or signs will rust, crack, or corrode over time and are difficult to remove and reconfigure. Our RubberForm Demarcation Base Systems are blessedly simple to install and just as easy to remove or relocate later. The bases are heavy with a low center of gravity, so they won’t blow over in high wind during outdoor use. And the whole system is non-conductive, making it ideal for safe roof use.
Our 100% American recycled tire rubber can withstand rain, ice, and snow. It won’t chip, warp, or spall in either the searing heat of the summer sun or the frigid cold of North American winters. The yellow safety chain is made of a hard, durable plastic that will never rust.

A speed cushion is narrow enough to allow emergency vehicles to pass unimpeded. A speed table is made from the same section pieces, but spans the whole street. Both are effective traffic calming devices.
How are your speed cushions and speed tables anchored down?
We offer a lag bolt anchor mounting system consisting of a lag bolt, plastic lag shield, and washer to anchor into pavement or concrete. There are 4 anchor holes for each modular section. We also include a two-part mortar cement that goes into the holes. This helps anchor the cushion or table on high traffic roads.
