Product Description
Cracks in a concrete curb are like rings in a tree–they tell you how old it is. But concrete, unlike trees, is ugly in every season. They should be repaired every spring and replaced when they crumble, but they rarely are. The result is ugly, ineffective, unsafe curbs after just a couple years.
RubberForm Traffic Island Meridian Systems outperform and outlast any concrete curb. They won’t chip, warp, or spall. They’re simple to install, remove, or relocate as needed. They require no maintenance, and they’re fully modular: if for some unthinkable reason one curb section fails, it’s easy to replace. They can be field formed down to a radius as small as 5-feet for roundabouts, traffic circles, and center meridians.
Our curbs are made from heavy-duty 100% American recycled rubber. That means it’s designed to endure heavy traffic, searing heat, frigid cold, and extreme weather: wind, rain, ice, and snow.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Can I install delineator posts on top of your Bus Lane, Bike Lane, or Street Defender Curb?
Are your Bus Lane, Bike Lane, and Street Defender Curbs truly made in the USA?
What color stripes can I order for your Bus Lane, Bike Lane, or Street Defender Curb?
Are your Bus Lane, Bike Lane, and Street Defender Curbs the same product?
How do you mount your curbs?
We offer lag bolts, shields, and washers with rubber caps for mounting (we can also offer a stainless steel lag bolt if needed, as well as 2-part epoxy). Each center section has 4 mounting positions and each end cap has 3 mounting positions, both connected with our universal dog bone. Our curbs are not made for mooring spikes, and using them will void the warranty.
Do US cities actually use dedicated bus or bike lanes?
Yes! Though it is still more common in Europe, cities like San Francisco, Addison, TX, Carson, CA, and even government departments like the Delaware DoT have all started using our Bus and Bike Lane Curbs to safely delineate bus and bike lanes. We're also seeing more cities like Compton, CA use our Street Defender Curbs to prevent “street takeovers” and “sideshows”.
