Most folks wouldn’t group spreadsheet data analysis, fixing compression molding machine leaks, and working on the F-35 program for Lockheed Martin together as some of their proudest accomplishments. But to Jeff, a problem’s a problem, and his life mission is to solve them through innovation. And that’s exactly why his dad called him up in 2019 and convinced him to stop solving problems in the air and start solving them on the ground in Lockport, NY. Jeff still designs products (that’s his engineering background talking), but he spends just about as much time crunching numbers to solve problems as our operations guy. He loves the family dynamic at work, and often finds himself using his skills (and laid-back demeanor) to make everything flow smoothly. Jeff will never forget the day his dad woke him up early after a long night and gave him his first real day of hard work. Ask him about it sometime.
