What is the turnaround time for your speed bumps and speed humps?

Our speed bumps and speed humps are usually in stock and can be shipped out the following day. Larger orders (greater than 100 units) will take longer. Let us know your project timeline and we’ll work to accommodate your delivery needs.

What material are your speed humps made of?

Our SH-36 speed hump series uses a custom composite recycled plastic material that won’t chip, crack, crumble, or corrode. We have innovated our materials to outlast crumb rubber speed humps under heavy traffic over many years of use.

Can we remove your speed bumps or speed humps for the winter when our snowplows are on the roads?

Yes, if you need to remove them for the winter, just unbolt and store for the season. If needed, seal the holes with any silicone-based material so water, dirt, and rocks do not get lodged in them.

What reflective material do you use on your speed humps?

Our SH-36 speed hump uses a retro-reflective thermoplastic arrow in place of the typical in-mold decorating. It lasts longer than the alternative and is maintainable. If you ever need to replace an arrow, call us and we’ll send you a simple kit to do so.

Can your speed bumps or speed humps be installed on a gravel road?

Our MLSB speed bump is ideal for gravel and dirt roads. Our other speed bumps and speed humps are recommended for asphalt or concrete.

How are your speed humps anchored down?

We offer a lag bolt anchor mounting system consisting of a lag bolt, plastic lag shield, and washer to anchor into pavement or concrete. There are 4 anchor holes for each SH-36 section and RK-18 section.

What are the dimensions of the SH-36?

The SH-36 speed hump has a modular 1-7/8” high x 36” wide x 24” long center section that fits any width. End cap sections are the same size.
