How are the roof pavers held together?

RubberForm uses barbed pins to hold together on each side, 2 pins per side. No tongue and grove like the competition as these will potato chip and curl up on the sides and come apart.

How much does your 20” x 30” x 2” thick, 5 sq. ft. paver weight?

X.X pounds per square foot. Concrete is 25 pounds per square foot. Total wight per paver is XX pounds.

How do you handle drainage, so water will drain off the roof?

RubberForm molds in 3/8” stand-offs on the bottom side of the recycled rubber paver. When you install make sure there is a small gap in between each paver for drainage and expansion. Do not tightly install next to a wall, make sure there is room for expansion and contraction.

I see a lot of rubber pavers and playground molded rubber tiles, what makes yours different?

RubberForm’s roof paver is made specifically for the roofs and molded where there is little to no porosity in the rubber for water or the elements to infiltrate.

What sizes do your rubber roof and patio pavers come in?

RubberForm offers roof pavers that are 24” x 30” (5 sq. ft.) available in 2” thick with stand-offs on the bottom so water will drain underneath them.

Are your rubber pavers flexible and soft?

Yes. We mold them with course and fine recycled scrap tire rubber, so they will contour to the roof surface and be soft on foot traffic. Please request a sample piece to see the RubberForm difference for yourself!
