Are your speed bumps and speed humps truly made in the USA?

We are the only true U.S. manufacturer of recycled composite plastic speed bumps and speed humps. We source all our recycled materials domestically, which means we’re helping clean up our backyard. We also design and manufacture all our products right here in Western New York, because we believe in American ingenuity and hardworking American hands.

How are your speed bumps anchored down?

We offer a lag bolt anchor mounting system consisting of a lag bolt, plastic lag shield, and washer to anchor into pavement or concrete. There are 4 anchor holes for each MLSB section and SB-10 section. For temporary situations, you can just simply lay the MLSB down.

Can I install your speed bumps on a gravel road?

Yes, you can install our MLSB line of speed bumps on gravel with (recommended) an earth anchor mounting system or a 14” rebar spike. These spikes and earth anchor screws will need to be checked and re-secured periodically.

What is the reflective material on your speed bumps?

We use AASHTO approved yellow reflectors, 2 on our MLSB2.5. On our MLSB3, we use a high prismatic reflective metal strip. We have found this to be a far more durable solution than the fabric road tape that many other manufacturers use. If our reflector breaks in our MLSB2.5 or the reflective metal strip comes off the MLSB3, they can easily be replaced, just call us.
